Travel Registered Nurse – Oncology in Fargo, ND
You will be providing care for medically complex hematology and oncology patients in a busy level 1 trauma center. The position entails rotating day and night shifts with every other weekend required.

About the Unit
- 6S unit has 16 inpatient oncology beds.
- 7S unit has 12 inpatient oncology beds focused more on hematology and bone marrow transplant.
- The nurse to patient ratio is 1:3 for patients receiving chemotherapy or BMT patients and 1:4-5 for regular oncology patients, 1:4-6 on nights.
- Orientation consists of 8 hours of classroom training followed by 24-36 hours of unit training.
- Navy blue scrubs are required.
Requirements
- 2 years recent nursing experience in a large hospital setting, 250+ beds.
- Active BLS – must be AHA.
- Active ND or Compact RN License or willing to obtain.
- EPIC experience.
- Willing to float to all med surg units/locations within Fargo as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Travel experience highly preferred.
- Inpatient oncology experience; hematology and bone marrow transplant experience is a bonus.
