PER DIEM BONUS PROGRAM
We acknowledge and appreciate our clinician’s flexibility, dedication and hardwork. To show our appreciation, we’ve crafted a rewards program that recognizes your commitment and dedication.
RN’s:
Work 5 or more shifts per month = $150 Bonus
LVN/LPN’s & Allied Health Clinicians
Work 8 or more shifts per month = $150 Bonus
CNA’s:
Work 10 or more shifts per month = $150 Bonus
Additional Monthly Bonus Opportunity
Clinicians in our registry pool have the chance to earn an extra $150 each month! This bonus is awarded to the clinician who works the highest number of shifts within the month. The more you work, the closer you get to the reward!
*Please Note: If the clinician cancels, withdraws availability, or If the clinician is no longer associated with the facility or the agency, the shift credit will not be credited.
YOUR SCHEDULE
You determine what days and shifts you would like to work. You also determine when you want to take time off and for how long. The freedom of your schedule is a major reason healthcare professionals join our Per Diem programs.
YOUR PAY
As a Per Diem nurse, you can expect competitive rates, weekly pay and NEXT DAY PAY where available. Also, potential eligibility for health benefits.

GET PAID
Per Diem nurses get paid weekly via direct deposit. Next day pay is available for some assignments.

- How often would I be paid if working a per diem position? Same day when qualifying position is filled. When same day pay isn’t available, pay is issued weekly!
- Is this an I9 or W2 position? These are W2 positions.
- Is direct deposit available? Yes!
- Can I work at multiple locations? Yes you can!
- Do I have to make a weekly hour commitment? There are no weekly hour commitments.
- How many hours can I work? You’d be able to work up to 40 hrs.
