Medical Technologist
You will be responsible for performing laboratory tests accurately and in a timely fashion in a fast paced and regulated environment as a Medical Technologist. This position requires maintaining clinical competency, operating advanced technological equipment, and documenting corrective actions to ensure quality control.
Job Overview
- Shift: Nights, three 12-hour shifts per week, Friday, Saturday and Sunday 6pm-6:30am
- Minimum Years of Experience: 2
- Certifications / Requirements: ASCP, AMT
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, a related field in science, or equivalent experience.
- Certification by ASCP or AMT preferred.
- Knowledge of all areas in the laboratory demonstrated through interview process.
- Knowledge of computerized document system preferred.
