Licensed Practical Nurse – Long Term Care – Travel

Job Description:
Step into an engaging LPN/LVN role in a post-acute care setting, where your two years of clinical experience will empower you to actively support patients through recovery and transition.
Work as part of a collaborative care team, document in an electronic charting system, and help ensure safe, high-quality care across PRN shifts as needed.
You’ll perform provider-approved tasks such as routine assessments, medication administration, and patient education while maintaining all required certifications, including basic life support.

Requirements:
- LPN/LVN license
- BLS certification
- 2 years experience
- LTC/SNF – Post Acute setting
- Contract position
- BSN not required
